Deposit policy — read first
- A deposit is required when your appointment is booked.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Your deposit may be transferred one time to a replacement appointment within 14 days of the original date, subject to availability.
- If you don't rebook within that 14-day period, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to schedule again.
- Deposit: Paid electronically online when you book.
- Remaining balance: Cash only at your appointment.

Read before you arrive
Before your appointment
- Wash your hair no more than 48 hours before your appointment.
- Hair must be completely dry when your appointment starts — not damp, not partly dry.
- Skip heavy oils, butters, waxes and leave-in products after washing.
- If hair is not washed within 48 hours or is not completely dry, the appointment may be canceled at the time of service and no refund of the deposit will be issued.
After you book
Complete your intake form — hair history, allergies, consent and waiver, and four before photos (front, back, left, right).
