Every service uses the crochet method only — no wax, no chemicals, no interlocking. All prices are Founding Client introductory starting prices; final pricing is confirmed before your appointment.
3-Month Crochet Maintenance
Starting at $175
Booking deposit: $50
Crochet maintenance for established dreadlocks with roughly three months of new growth.
Annual / Major Crochet Maintenance
Starting at $275
Booking deposit: $75
More extensive crochet maintenance for locs that have gone significantly longer between appointments.
Dreadlock Extension Installation
Starting at $450 + cost of hair/extensions
Booking deposit: $150
Crochet installation and integration of dreadlock extensions.
Crochet Loc Repair
$15 per loc · $75 minimum
Booking deposit: $25
Individual loc repairs — weak spots, breakage, unraveling — rather than full-head maintenance.

Why starting prices?
Crochet work is priced by the work itself, not a flat menu. Final pricing varies with loc count, hair length, density, new growth, loose hair, existing condition, repairs, extensions and complexity. That's why the free photo estimate exists — send pictures and get a realistic range before you book.
Deposits
- A deposit is required when your appointment is booked.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Your deposit may be transferred one time to a replacement appointment within 14 days of the original date, subject to availability.
- If you don't rebook within that 14-day period, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to schedule again.
Payment
- Deposit: Paid electronically online when you book.
- Remaining balance: Cash only at your appointment.
- Hooked & LOK'D does not accept credit cards, debit cards, checks or electronic payment for the remaining service balance.
