• A deposit is required when your appointment is booked.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your deposit may be transferred one time to a replacement appointment within 14 days of the original date, subject to availability.
• If you don't rebook within that 14-day period, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to schedule again.

Your deposit may be transferred one time to an appointment occurring within 14 days of the original appointment, subject to availability. Failure to rebook within that 14-day period forfeits the deposit.

Booking deposits are paid electronically when you book.

Remaining appointment balances are cash only. Hooked & LOK'D does not accept credit cards, debit cards, checks or electronic payment for the remaining service balance.

Deposits are forfeited on cancellation unless the appointment qualifies for the rescheduling policy above.

Final extension pricing requires assessment and may depend on materials, quantity, length and installation requirements. The cost of the hair/extensions themselves is in addition to the service price.

Published prices are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed before your appointment.

Hooked & LOK'D does not operate a storefront. Appointments are held on-site at your location, or at a downtown Santa Cruz office space arranged for your session. Your appointment location is confirmed when you book.
